LAUGHS IN THE PARK
This will definitely be an epic show on a Friday night in the Park! Leave the little ones at home, make dinner reservations for after the show. Come back in the morning for the Veterans Day Ceremony and bring the entire family.
Now more than ever, we can all use a good laugh. Laughter brings diverse groups of people together. According to a Mayo Clinic study, laughter can relieve stress, soothe tension, improve your immune system, relieve pain, and improve your mood. These are benefits all of us can benefit from! These good spirits, happiness, and wellness will be brought to us by The Veterans of Comedy.
All Veterans. All Veteran Comedians.
With their motto, “No laugh left behind”, this group brings laughter to the men and women in uniform, past and present and helps connect the rest of the community by learning and inviting people to understand each other through the one thing we all have in common, a good laugh!
Created in 2014, the group represents all 5 branches of our service.
Their mission and goal is to help bridge the gap between service and civilian life using laughter as the foundation of that bridge. The group has performed all over the world and in just about every state in the U.S.
