Thank You Pensacola for Showing Your Support for Our 2022 Memorial Day Commemoration
Memorial Day 2022 was a Complete Success!

The Veterans Memorial Park Foundation of Pensacola Would like to thank you all for a successful celebration of Memorial Day 2022. We are grateful to our local and out-of-town communities for such an amazing turn-out. Notably, over 600 motorcycles and dozens of Classic cars were present at the Park for the event.

We want to congratulate Captain Robert "Hoot" Gibson for his inspiring presentation along with the Marine Corps Color Guard, the Pensacola Opera Chorus, the Pensacola Children's Chorus, and the McGuire’s Pipe Band for their performances.

The Foundation Board would also like to thank the Marine Corps League for their contribution of several pallets of bottled water to ensure that our guests stayed healthy and hydrated. Furthermore, the Board wants to recognize the elected Officials who came out to show their support and honor our fallen Warfighters. Thank you to Senator Doug Broxson, Representative Michelle Salzman, Mayor Grover Robinson, and Pensacola City Councilmember Teniadé Broughton.

We are grateful for the opportunity to bring so many people together to honor and memorialize those who never made it home. We hope to see you again on Veterans Day and our 30th Anniversary event.
