Military Tribute Banners

A Powerful Display of Heroism & Service

One of the main functions of the Veterans Memorial Park of Pensacola is to honor and memorialize the self-sacrifice and devotion to duty of our nation's warfighters. That's why we are proud to offer the Military Tribute Banner Program to the community of Northwest Florida. Now our community members can display their loved one's contributions to the defense of freedom alongside the monuments in The Park.

Look Them in the Eyes and Remember Them

While the monuments and installations at The Park are powerful expressions of reverence in their own right, something must be said about acknowledging an individual. Much like the gravity of seeing the name of a friend or family member on The Wall, having a face to attach to a name turns every viewing into a personal experience. Each 20" X 40" Tribute Banner includes a portrait of your choosing along with your loved one's name and relevant service information, and utilizes high-quality materials and museum-grade printing techniques.

Every Banner Tells a Story of Selfless Devotion to Duty

With just a portrait, a name, and three lines of text, the profound stories of our local heroes are conveyed and shared with the city of Pensacola and beyond. Being displayed on the lampposts lighting the walkways throughout The Park, these banners add a narrative dimension to each visit to The Veterans Memorial Park of Pensacola. Banners are available for Active Duty and Veterans, both living and dead.

Space is limited, so act fast! The current display period ends next Memorial Day, although this may be extended. After that, the banner is yours to keep and display in your home or yard. All proceeds from The Military Tribute Banner Program go to funding maintenance and future projects for The Park. We hope to continue this program in the coming years, which will only be possible with the generous sponsorship of our local communities and the friends and families of our Veterans and service members.
